DOWNLOADING AND USING SAMPLES
HOW ARE SAMPLES DELIVERED?
After you purchase any of our libraries or bundles, you will have the option to download immediately from our site or from the link that is sent to your email.
CAN I USE YOUR SAMPLES IN MY SONG?
All of our samples and loops are 100% royalty free.
You can use any of our purchased loops or samples in your songs, videos and Tik Tok dances.
The only restriction of sample and loop usage is being resold, remixed or repurposed for use within a “sample” or “loop” library of any kind. More details in out TERMS OF USE page.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the intangible nature of drum samples, we do not provide refunds unless one of these conditions are met:
Your payment account was illegally charged.
The zip file did not download properly.
You provide a reasonable explanation why the refund needs to be made.
SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY
WHAT SOFTWARE PRESETS DO YOU SUPPORT?
Depending on which library you purchase, most of our sample packs come with presets for Ableton Drum Rack, Logic Sampler (EXS24), Kontakt [Full Version], Battery 4, Slate Trigger 2 & Maschine 2.
DO YOUR PRESETS WORK WITH THE FREE VERSION OF KONTAKT (KONTAKT PLAYER)?
No. Native Instruments does not allow our presets to work with the free Kontakt Player.
DO YOUR PRESETS WORK WITH THE NEW LOGIC SAMPLER?
Yes, all of our presets are compatible with the the new Logic Sampler. Even if they are marked as “EXS24 PRESETS”. Full tutorial HERE.
HOW DO I LOAD YOUR PRESETS?
Included in every download is a PDF with sample loading instructions.

WHAT DAW’S CAN I USE WITH YOUR SAMPLES?
Our samples and loops can be dragged and dropped into every DAW in existence. Ableton, Logic, Pro Tools, Cubase, Reason, FL Studio, Garageband, Audacity, Luna, Cakewalk etc…
WHAT QUALITY ARE YOUR SAMPLES?
All of our samples and loops are 24 Bit / 44.1 KHz WAV files.
WHO ARE YOU?
Circles was created by drummer and audio engineer Stefan Runstrom. For each library, we bring together different personnel to record, engineer, mix and play the drums.
